Second flush oolong — semi-oxidised whole leaves with the famous Darjeeling muscatel note: ripe fruit, a mild nuttiness and a smooth, lingering finish. Sits between a black and a green tea — mellow, full-bodied, never bitter.
How to brew: 90°C water · 1 heaped teaspoon (2 g) per cup · steep 3–4 minutes · the same leaves can be steeped again for a second cup.
