What types of tea do you offer?
Our range includes Darjeeling black, green, white and oolong teas, Assam CTC and masala chai, flavoured black teas, and caffeine-free herbal infusions.
Where is Happy Valley tea grown?
Our Darjeeling teas are grown and packed on Happy Valley Tea Estate in Kurseong, Darjeeling, at about 6,900 ft. The estate has been producing tea since 1854. Our Assam CTC chai teas use tea from Assam.
What is first flush Darjeeling tea?
First flush tea is made from leaves harvested during the spring growing season. It is generally known for a lighter body, fresh aroma and bright, floral character.
What is second flush Darjeeling tea?
Second flush tea is harvested later in the growing season and typically has a fuller body, deeper colour and the fruity, muscatel character associated with Darjeeling tea.
Does every tea contain caffeine?
No. Black, green, white and oolong teas naturally contain caffeine. Herbal infusions such as butterfly pea flower and hibiscus rose do not contain tea leaves and are caffeine-free. Blends that include black or green tea, including our Darjeeling Chamomile Tea, do contain caffeine.
How should I brew loose-leaf tea?
Use the temperature and steeping directions shown on the individual product page. As a general guide, delicate green and white teas use cooler water, while black tea and chai use hotter water. Remove the leaves after steeping to prevent bitterness.
Can I make cold-brew tea?
Many teas can be cold brewed. Add tea leaves to cool water, refrigerate for several hours and strain before serving. Check the product page for product-specific quantities.
How should tea be stored?
Keep tea sealed in its original airtight packaging in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat, sunlight and strong odours.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,299 and above. Orders below ₹1,299 have a ₹50 shipping charge. Cash on Delivery orders carry an extra ₹40 COD fee.

Yes. Every tin caddy is listed at its MRP, and 23% off is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days and are usually delivered in about 5–7 working days across India. You receive a tracking link by SMS and email once the parcel leaves us.

Ingredients, format, weight and brewing directions are listed on each product page. Always follow the final instructions printed on the product packaging when they differ.
