Assam CTC Tea
HOW TO BREW
Hot Brew
STEP 1
Heat fresh water to 90–95°C, just before boiling.
STEP 2
Place 1 tea bag in your cup and pour hot water over it.
STEP 3
Steep for 2–3 minutes.
STEP 4
Remove the tea bag and enjoy with or without milk and sugar.
Cold Brew
Add 2 tea bags to approximately 260 ml water. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours. Serve chilled or over ice.
