Brewing guide: for loose-leaf First Flush, use one teaspoon per 180 ml cup with water at 85–90°C; steep for 3–4 minutes. For tea sachets, use one bag per 180 ml cup with water at 95°C; steep for 3–4 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep loose tea in an airtight container after opening.

Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.
Shipping charges and payment
Shipping is ₹50 on orders below ₹1,299 and free on orders of ₹1,299 or more. Cash on Delivery carries an extra ₹40 fee. The shipping method and any applicable charge shown at checkout apply to the order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, details will be sent after dispatch. Tracking may take some time to update after the courier receives the parcel.

Damaged packages
